Weight Posting

BTW, last Monday morning it was 260. Today it's 258. The lowest it got was around 255 Friday after a day of fasting. I suspect the large gain was due to the very heavy dinner Saturday evening. No more sausage cheese dip!

Sausage Cheese Dip
1 package of Velveeta
1 package of Pepper Jack cheese
2 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 package of lean ground sausage
2.5 cups of milk

Cube and mix the cheeses in a slow-cooker, and add milk. Drain the cans of juice, and add the tomatoes. Cook the sausage in a skillet, and let cool. After cooled, finely chop it in a food processor and add to the mixture. Add seasonings to taste. I used some chili powder, cumin, crushed red pepper, and freshly ground black pepper to help offset the salty flavor of the sausage. I didn't add milk to mine, but I'll add some when I heat it back up.

Comments:

not that I have any room to talk

My 225 went away after a year of not dieting or exercising really. Dating, fixing houses, honeymooning, and married life kind of saw to that. Now I'm getting back on some sort of disciplined lifestyle.
