While it seems kind of a long shot, she's been complaining for some time about pain in her stomach, and that could be her adrenal gland all bloated. Regardless, he got her on some (cheap) vitamins and between that, the trip to Canada, confronting her boss about her lack of motivation (crap pay and no benefits), and upping her thyroid meds, she should be better in a few weeks.
